Shipping your film to House of 35 is free! 

After placing your order, print your packing slip with the included shipping label. Pack your film and packing slip inside the free shipping mailer, attach the shipping label to the outside of the package, and mail it to the lab. 

We'll include another free shipping mailer with your returned negatives, so you're ready for your next roll. 

Outbound shipping back to you is charged separately.

You’ll know when we get your film as soon as we know! Our mail comes in the morning--as we open each incoming order, it is immediately checked into our system. This automatically triggers an email confirmation to be sent to you, our awesome client.

So, keep an eye out for our email (don’t forget to check your spam folder).

Small scans: best for online use and prints up to 4x6. File size is 3 – 5mb, approx. 1025x1450 pixels or higher.

Medium scans: our most popular size, best for all-around work and printing up to 16x20. File size is 12 – 18mb, approx. 2050x2790 pixels or higher.

Large scans: best for special large print projects. File size is 30 – 45mb, approx. 3350x4550 pixels or higher.

We know how disappointing it can be when a roll doesn't turn out as expected. Unfortunately, it happens sometimes. If your film is blank, we'll let you know right away and make sure to issue you a credit.

Yes! We can cut or leave them uncut, you decide, and we ship your negatives back to you.
